Resumen
La Grafoscopia es utilizada por el experto desde dos aspectos, el primero de
ellos de forma particular y el segundo en diversos Proceso Judiciales, Labo-
rales, Administrativos, Civiles, Penales, etc., para demostrar a través de una
opinión técnica-científica la verdad histórica de los hechos, es decir determinar
si la firma(s) que es señalada como cuestionada, por dudar de su procedencia
fue o no realizada por la persona a quien se atribuye su autoría. Debiendo los
abogados y las partes en un procedimiento judicial asesorarse el profesional en
Grafoscopica antes del ofrecimiento de la Prueba Pericial, para su correcto seña-
lamiento y en su caso su desahogo, así como de la formulación del cuestionario
que se dará contestación en su momento.

Abstrac
One of the biggest problems in Mexico is organized crime that generates millio-
