Pioneer Days Celebration
Step back in time to the 1850s at Pioneer Days Celebration each November at Chisholm Trail Outdoor Museum. Visit Wardville, a Wild West village where history lovers can take a tour. History lovers can participate in a Civil-War encampment to experience what life was like during that time.

Come experience Christmas in Cleburne like you’ ve never experienced it before during Whistle Stop Christmas! Hulen Park and downtown Cleburne are full of lights and holiday displays each night at dusk. There are six weeks full of unique activities throughout the town. There is everything Christmas: theater productions, live concerts, walk-through holiday displays, Historical Home Tour of Lights, a unique Cowboy Christmas and more.
In additions to light displays in Hulen Park and throughout Cleburne, downtown stores are decorated both inside and out in the holiday spirit.
The holidays kick off with an official tree lighting in Hulen Park and an evening of merriment for the family. Expect train rides for the kids, food, live entertainment and a visit from the stars of the season, Mr. and Mrs. Claus.
The city’ s largest holiday event features the Lighted Christmas Parade in Downtown Cleburne the first Friday of December. Over 100 businesses and organizations participate in the parade— with everything from decorated floats to horseback riders to decked out classic cars and ATVs.
