There has been a recent push to return to older, outdated energy sources like coal and fossil fuels in the political sphere. Despite this, the country is making steady progress toward renewables and the future of clean energy has not dimmed. Renewable energy seems to transcend politics amongst its advocates.
Typically red states--even those in coal country--are pushing back against outdated energy sources by committing to renewables. ClearWorld is proud of our home state of Louisiana for being amongst the first trailblazers toward clean energy. The municipality of Abita Springs, LA has become the first in the state to commit to a full transition to renewables. Abita Springs Mayor Greg Lemons has stated "Transitioning to 100 percent renewable energy is a practical decision we're making for our environment, our economy and for what our constituents want in Abita Springs."
A huge reason why renewable energy is moving forward despite the political controversy is because the cost effectiveness cannot be denied. Big corporations are reportedly deciding where to expand based on the availability of renewables in the area. Money talks, and renewables are a gateway to savings for architects, engineers, and developers. ClearWorld prides itself on offering a 65% savings to our customers, with more saved over time as energy costs increase.
