Free doorset energy ratings
»»From September any
fabricators registering with BFRC
will get Doorset Energy Ratings
(DSERs) for *free by signing up
to the existing BFRC registered
System House Simplified Energy
Licence (SEL).
There will be no minimum
number of window energy ratings
licences needed to purchase, and
the DSERs will be *free until 1st
January 2017.

houses currently offering BFRC
rated product through an SEL,

Aluk (Beaufort), Aluplast,
Door-Stop International,
Duraflex, Eclectic Systems LLP,
Eurocell, Halo, Halo Assure,
Joedan Group, LB Plastics , Leitz
Tooling, Liniar, Network VEKA,
Rehau, Sapa Building Systems,
SBP Group Ltd, Schueco,
Smart Systems, Steel Window
Association, Synseal, VEKA,
VEKA Assure, Whitehill Tools.

BFRC independently verified rated

December 2015 and applies
only to fabricators that are not
currently BFRC registered.

invested in a new high-class
training facility for both staff and
fabricators at its head offices in
Halesowen.
The facilities are now home
to a roomy classroom and large
works hop with punch tools, saws
and an assembly table, allowing
Reynaers to offer both practical
and theoretical training to ensure
its products are installed to the
highest standard.
Training comprises of six
modules and includes product
awareness, ReynaPro software,
fabrication and installation
training.
Reynaers has seen growing
demand for training courses
due to the introduction of new
products, including Hi-Finity, its
ultra-slim frame sliding door.
Other products covered include
curtain walling, aluminium
windows and bi-fold doors.

the company’s newly updated Satellite online
ordering system, as well as gaining insights
into the new Document Q, at the latest of its
customer days, at the Maco HQ in Kent.
Installers saw how the latest version of
Satellite gives each customer their own fully
branded and customised paperwork such as
order acknowledgements, invoices and letters,
to present a professional appearance in all
dealings with homeowners.
