Granada
Signs Up
Approved
Partners
Granada Secondary
Glazing is establishing its
own approved partners
programme. The scheme is
open to professional installers,
specifiers and trade partners
who wish to take advantage
of a number of training,
sales and marketing, and
technical support initiatives.
»»GRANADA HEAD OF TRADE SALES,
Deborah Beeley, said: “The business continues
to grow rapidly and we are keen to maintain
our great support for those already singing
our praises. In addition to establishing closer
ties with our loyal trade customers, we’re
also looking to develop improved dialogue
in order to provide better training, grassroots
sales support at trade shows and increase lead
generation.”
‘one of the easiest products
on the market to fit’
As well as marketing support and access to
homeowner enquiries, the approved partners
will be able to visit the Granada head office to
learn more about fitting and product benefits,
whilst structured and retrospective discounts
will also be on offer for top performers.
“The idea has come out of our discussions
with some of our long-standing partners,”
adds Deborah. “They greatly welcomed our
help with troubleshooting or surveying and
fixing issues, so we felt the time was right to
develop a more structured approach.”

Mark Rowe, Granada’s technical support
trainer will be on hand to provide training
and support, as well as impart advice learned
from over 20 years’ fitting experience.
“We have one of the easiest products on
the market to fit,” says Mark, “but there are
many different options and permutations
available, so it’s natural that some installers
may have alignment issues or other
problems from time to time. We hope that
by increasing the dialogue between us and
getting regular feedback, we’ll be able to
keep those to a minimum and maintain our
high quality standards.”
One of Mark’s first projects is to host
fitting demonstrations and discussions at
the FIT show (Stand 334), where it’s also
anticipated that a number of partners will be
added to the scheme.
With initial and ongoing support
available, Granada is also adding extra
resource in the form of a new field sales
executive, Tom Edwards. Tom has a wealth
of knowledge having worked in both trade,
corporate and retail positions across the
glazing industry and business support
sectors.
Tom commented: “It’s a great time to
be joining the team here. Granada has an
excellent reputation for product quality and
it makes it that much easier when providing
customer support and service. There’s a great
deal of technical and industry experience
within the business too, and I’m looking
forward to bringing my own experiences to
bear from over a decade in sales and new
business management.”
‘an excellent reputation
for product quality’
Granada has recently enjoyed an
unprecedented period of growth following
investment in a new head office, new staff and
demonstration facility. Major contracts with
national partners have also followed, including
hotel chains, housing associations, the NHS
and other commercial bodies, whilst the
business has gained a considerable reputation
amongst heritage and residential customers
through a respected network of installers.
