Manufacturing was accredited BSI 7412/
PAS 24 and Document Q on their windows
and doors in March 2017 and since then
it has continued to secure more new build
contracts. In January 2018, it secured the
housing development contract for Ashwood
Homes which has supplied over 2000
windows and doors for the new builds in
Spalding. Since then the team have managed
to create great partnership with Ashwood
Homes, GS Kelsey and many more property
developers. Highseal wishes to grow its client
portfolio further in the commercial and trade
market.
Highseal manufactures in Scunthorpe,
North Lincolnshire and was the first one
to achieve the BSI Kitemark certificates in
North Lincolnshire. Even though Highseal
is based in Scunthorpe it delivers and installs

nationwide. Holly Donaldson, Company
Administrator at Highseal, said: “Our focus
is to consistently provide a better quality
service for our clients, driven by maintaining
solid relationships with trade customers,
installers and distributors. The BSI Kitemark
accreditation has increased the amount of
orders we are receiving threefold, and has
thus meant that we are expanding our team,
crucial in light of the growing demand from

The company has increased its staff by 40%
since the new demand of windows and doors,
and wishes to provided further employment
to the community by working with new
clients to be their number one provider of
PVC and aluminium windows and doors.
Highseal launched the manufacturing of
aluminium in December 2017 which has
been a great success with clients and in
the Scotland market. It is able to produce
bi-folding doors, patio sliders and casement
