Both roles have been filled by internal group promotion of two highly experienced figures, Richard Wall and Martyn Stoakes. Richard Wall is appointed Head of Sales after nine years with Saint-Gobain Isover as well as previous experience at Cemex and Bestobell Valves. Richard’s remit will be to support delivery of the company’s sales strategy while continuing to build and sustain excellent customer relationships and service levels. Martyn Stoakes, as Customer Experience Manager, will support the company’s customerfocused strategy, not only in terms of customer service but also its philosophy of continuous improvement for customer satisfaction and loyalty. Martyn has been with SGG UK for 15 years, most recently as Purchasing and Logistics Manager.
