RECORD
TURNOUT
»»The Glass and Glazing
Federation (GGF) enjoyed a
record attendance for a specialist
group meeting when 58 delegates
attended the Joint Conservatory
Association and Window and
Door Group in April.
Mark Hanson, of Ultraframe
and Chairman of the GGF
Conservatory Association, chaired
the meeting and commented “It
was a great meeting with diverse
and interesting presentations as
well as an excellent attendance
made up of Members, keynote
speakers, invited guests and GGF
Staff.”
One of the highlights of the
meeting was a guest presentation
entitled “Consumer Rights or
Business Wrongs?” by Peter
Stonely, Chartered Trading
Standards Institute Lead Officer
on Civil Law, and Director
of Stonely Training. After the
meeting Peter commented, “It
was good to work with a group
of businesses who were so keen to
consider how the new Consumer

their customers.”
