windows can apply for the scheme
which, if successful in meeting the

the full benefits of the guarantee.

repairs or replacements. Cover
extends to refunding up to £250 in
call-out fees to secure the home if
a break-in occurs due to failure of
a Yale component and also £1,000
compensation to the homeowner to
apologise for any distress caused.”
Yale’s Friction Stay is a versatile
hinge available in Standard, Egress
Only, Egress Easy Clean options
offering easy friction adjustment
and excellent weather sealing
and draught performance. The
product is Secured by Design
compliant when fitted with Yale
ancillary security devices which
offer additional hinge side security.
The hinge can be fitted to PVCu,
timber and aluminium windows.
The Encloser Window
Espagnolette is a high-
performance window lock
solution that offers Secured by
Design accreditation thanks to
its bi-directional locking cams.
Designed for easy installation, this
is a ‘fast fit’ lock which doesn’t
require cropping. The espag is
suitable for PVCu, aluminium /
timber profiles and all sash sizes
from 270mm to 1,400mm.
