The industry will be spending
the next couple of months
preparing for this year’s
forthcoming exhibition events –
Fensterbau and The Fit Show.
»»Fensterbau, being held on 14th –
16th March in Nuremburg, Germany and the FIT Show,
Telford, one month later on April 12th – 14th are set to see
host to a multitude of manufacturers and suppliers from all
aspects of the fenestration industry.
In this month’s issue, we have two special preview
sections and again in our March issue, aimed at supporting
exhibitors who are attending the show. The features are
packed with quotes and facts about the businesses and
should encourage readers to sign up and visit the events.
There has been a notable rise recently in the amount of
coverage being received by some of the industries more
renowned retro glazing products. Aluminium windows and
doors and secondary glazing appear to be hot topics at
the moment with the likes of Granada Secondary Glazing,
Selectaglaze and aluminium fabricators such as Mercury
Glazing Supplies, Crown Aluminium and Hueck Ltd all
seeing high growth for their particular products.
Another important area of growth has to be the timber
market and proving this point is the report supplied by
Stewart Milne Timber Systems, group managing director
Alex Goodfellow sharing with Clearview his views on the
