DOORS&WINDOWS BoltonWindow and Door Fabricator Opens New £1 Million Factory »»A Bolton-based window and door frame fabricator has celebrated the opening of its new £1 million factory in October. MP for Bolton West, Chris Green, joined Heritage Trade Frames’ suppliers and customers to enjoy a brief tour of the new facility at Lostock Industrial Estate in Bolton. Heritage currently produces over 50,000 bespoke products annually for trade and commercial clients. The new factory will offer additional capacity for growth and focus on production of SafeGuard composite doors. Moving into the new factory will also enable Heritage to invest further in research and development of new products and processes. Heritage Trade Frames jointowner Sean Munsie said: “After more than 25 years in the business we’ve celebrated many milestones. The new factory represents another ambitious step forward with an ongoing investment of over a million pounds for Heritage Trade Frames.” And Heritage Trade Frames joint-owner Paul Culshaw added: “Our celebration was a simple thank you to those who have partnered with us, and continue to support our plans for the future.” BI-FOLDING DOORS Heritage Trade Frames was founded in 1989 and employs over 80 people in a 30,000 square feet factory unit on Cranfield Road. The new factory, also on Cranfield Road, represents a new phase of expansion for the business creating up to 20 new jobs over the next two years.
