“Strong industry partnerships will emerge that support these more complex and bespoke products, installers that move with this trend will be in a great position to capitalise on the growth that’s forecast here” Tougher supply-chain and manufacturing partners But, what’s key to all our services is the systems manufacturers who we in-turn rely on. Working with proven manufacturers across a more diverse product range means the focus is on manufacturers to perform more than ever before. Restrictions on supply and changing trading terms from systems manufacturers both present certain challenges for fabricators of course, but what’s important is open communication with installers. We have to be accountable, we can’t just blame the systems manufacturer, we have to think outside the box and make swift changes, going the extra mile to ensure each job gets done. Communication at these times is vital, I believe that in difficult times that’s what installers remember, whether it’s good or bad news, we communicate with them and work hard to get every job fulfilled. For me, I want to thank our customers for sticking with us through these times, we recognise the supply-chain issues in the market cascade down to them at times despite our very best efforts and we know we’re fortunate to have good loyal customers that hopefully appreciate our honest communication and know we’re always there for them. OUTDOORLIVING Building and rewarding loyalty We were delighted to be back at the FIT Show this year, showcasing Guardian Extension. This was a great time to meet new installers and listen to what’s important to them. We also launched the PREMIER Club, that gives even more benefits back to installers in a more structured way, so there’s even bigger wins instore for some of our top installers across the country. What does the future hold? For the smaller installers, improving their training and being able to confidently install a wider range of products will become more important over the next five years. Good fabricator/ installer relationships that offer training and on-the-job support will become more important and I expect that the savvy ones will focus on this rather than solely buying on price. There’s a great opportunity for larger installers to take on bigger extension and garden room projects, and as this happens strong industry partnerships will emerge that support these more complex and bespoke products, installers that move with this trend will be in a great position to capitalise on the growth that’s forecast here. And for Premier? Well a lot has changed in the last year, now we’re looking to consolidate these changes by becoming the one-stop-shop for our installers; as we now provide such a wide product range this means we can offer more and more benefits to installers. We’ll also be focusing on providing added value support to both the small and large installer firms in very different ways. For us it’s all about building these relationships where we really get to know installers well so we cannot just offer a great product, but also a service that helps them grow their businesses too, and we’re looking forward to it. ‘YOUR 1 STOP SHOP’ Make PREMIER your number 1 choice for Windows, Bi-folds, Lanterns, Warm Roofs and Guardian Extensions… Why PREMIER? • • • • • Superb product range Excellent manufacturing facilities Experienced & highly skilled team Award winning PREMIER Club benefits WarmCore Aluminium • Guardian Warm Roofs • SynerJy Windows • Stratus Lanterns • K2 Conservatories • Guardian Extension • Flat Roof Light But don’t just take our word for it, put us to the test… here is our challenge, give us the opportunity to provide a quote and see how we respond… Call today to discuss your projects 01204 238 084 or email us on [email protected] www.premier-supplies.co.uk C L E A RV I E W-U K .
