Talking Shops
Glazpart announced a series of new events for 2026 in partnership with PiGs( People in Glazing Society) with the introduction of“ Talking Shop with Glazpartners”.
Organised in conjunction with the five PIGs events across the UK in 2026. The sessions sponsored by Glazpartners, take place an hour before the PiGs events in the same venues in an informal setting. At every Talking Shop there are have technical Glazpartners( industry experts) on hand to discuss issues affecting companies and to offer advice and guidance to Glazpartners to help cope with technical and legislative changes.
When Glazpartners was started in 2023, the mission was and still is to encourage greater collaboration between Glazpart, customers and partners. The Talking Shops have already proved an ideal platform and many Technical Glazpartners have taken part including, technical staff from professional bodies such as GGF( Glass and Glazing Federation) and CAB( Council for Aluminium in Building) as well as technical experts in the supply chain from Fenestrology, Soudal and Rapierstar.
The last Talking Shop of 2026, takes place Manchester at Revolucion de Cuba on the 12th November at starts at 4pm, one hour before PiGs. Glazing Summit 2026
With many Glazpartners attending and participating at Glazing Summit, it is only fitting that Glazpartners is a supporting brand and Glazpart is a premium sponsor of this annual industry event.
Glazing Summit is the leading annual conference for the UK’ s fenestration supply chain and this year’ s event takes place on Thursday 8th October at the Coventry Building Society Arena when over 300 leaders, from across the glass and glazing sector, will come together for a day of networking and debate.
As Premium Sponsors, Glazpart is promoted in the build-up and throughout the event as well as hosting a display stand in the exhibition and refreshments area.
Glazpart will also be represented in the conference’ s debates with Dean Bradley, Glazpart Director of Sales – Fenestration, part of a Technical Clinic panel debate titled“ Are you future-proofed?”. Along with other industry experts, Dean will address the challenges of evolving building regulations bringing tighter compliance, new standards, and more complex performance requirements. With the imminent Future Homes Standard to the shift towards whole-building performance doing the job right has never been more important and demanding.
In the exhibition area, Glazpart will have a display stand showcasing its product ranges including the award winning Link Vent, the Bi-Fold Vent and the recently launched AluVent – a trickle vent which has been designed and manufactured specifically for aluminium windows and doors.
If you are looking to gain more industry knowledge, to build and develop key contacts, to improve your business and grow your profitability, then Glazing Summit 2026 is a must-attend event.
