Glazpart Shortlisted for Two G26 Awards
» GLAZPART’ S ENTRY FOR“ Component Supplier of the Year” highlighted the company’ s activity over the the last 12-18 months which includes multiple new product launches, strong sales and marketing campaigns, investment in machinery and in people, with additions to the senior management team. In addition Glazpartners- Glazpart’ s Customer Support Programme- has grown by over 50 %- from 40 to 65 companies and several new benefits have been added such as nationwide Talking Shops at PiGs events, an annual Glazpartners magazine plus a new Glazpartners News e-newsletter.
Glazpart’ s second nomination was for their Bi-Fold Vent Campaign in the“ Best Sales and Marketing” category. The 12-month campaign promoted this innovative new product to a new niche market for Glazpart- namely the aluminium Bi-Fold Doors sector.
The Bi-Fold Vent campaign included effective use of multiple marketing communications channels and included, trade press articles, social media posts, video, e-newsletters, plus printed and digital
brochures, presentations and demonstrations at events and exhibitions.
Two of its prominent promotional features were the large model three-leaf Bi-Fold Door set on Glazpart’ s exhibition stand at FIT Show 2025, which demonstrated the product’ s design, functionality and look. A subsequent video of the demo was produced and promoted on social media with viewing figures exceeding 2000.
Following the recent announcement of the G26 Awards nominations, Glazpart Sales Director Dean Bradley commented,“ We are thrilled to be shortlisted and delighted that our work and our company has been recognised by the industry’ s most prestigious awards.”

Sarah Hitchings completes Machu Picchu Inca Trail, raising over £ 6,500 for Harry’ s Pals
» SARAH HITCHINGS, SALES AND Marketing Director at The Residence Collection, has taken on the iconic Trek the Inca Trail challenge to Machu Picchu, raising over £ 6,500 for Harry’ s Pals- far surpassing her initial £ 3,500 target. Their team pot is now over £ 50,000( inc. giftaid).
Tackling the high-altitude Peruvian mountain trail between 5th and 9th October, Sarah joined professionals from across the UK fenestration industry to complete the gruelling physical challenge. Demonstrating the industry’ s extraordinary generosity, Sarah smashed her fundraising total before even stepping onto the plane.
The Residence Collection and Sarah extend a huge thank you to everyone who supported the trek, with special gratitude to key industry sponsors including Deceuninck, RegaLead, Quickslide, Cattaneo, GAP, FIT Show, Emplas, Stedek,
Roseview, Diamond Droitwich and Three Counties – plus many more. The support and donations received from across the fenestration sector and beyond have been very generous and greatly appreciated, as they will make a real difference to this wonderful charity.
Harry’ s Pals is a charity dedicated to supporting children and families facing challenging circumstances by providing vital practical help, tailored experiences, and emotional care to improve young lives.
Dating back more than 500 years, the Inca Trail route combines dramatic mountain landscapes, cloud forests, and historic archaeological sites before culminating at the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Machu Picchu.
