PUTTING GROWTH FIRMLY ON THE AGENDA

» BUSINESS GROWTH took centre stage at Insight EDGE 2026, as Insight Data brought together business leaders, sales and marketing professionals for a day focused on turning opportunity into action.
Held during Insight Data’ s 20th anniversary year, the event explored how better data, smarter technology and more focused sales and marketing can help businesses achieve sustainable growth, even in a challenging market.
Founder and CEO Andrew Scott drew on more than 35 years in business to challenge delegates to think differently about growth, avoid reactive decision-making and build greater consistency into their sales and marketing activity.
One of the practical themes was Insight Data’ s‘ Attract, Convert, Retain’ growth engine, a powerful model designed to help businesses generate more opportunities, convert more of them into customers and build stronger long-term relationships.
The event also saw the launch of the next generation of Salestracker, Insight Data’ s software platform containing more than 50,000 trade and
commercial prospects. The new platform combines data, CRM, mobile apps and powerful built-in marketing automation, giving customers the tools to drive more consistent and effective sales and marketing activity.
A customer panel featuring Jo Trotman of Window Widgets and The Residence Collection, Steve Collett of Dekko and Alyson Westbrook of FrameXpress explored how
Salestracker supports their commercial activity.
Keynote speaker Matt Tyler, Director of Dowlas, highlighted the scale of opportunity across the UK commercial and newbuild sectors.
Delegates left Insight EDGE with a practical 90 Day Growth Plan, designed to turn the ideas and opportunities discussed throughout the day into focused action.
Andrew Scott said:“ EDGE was about giving businesses fresh ideas, practical tools and the confidence to act. The opportunity is there, but growth comes from turning that opportunity into consistent action.”

» PROFAL, A LEADING ARMENIAN manufacturer of high-quality aluminum doors and windows, has announced its first-ever participation in FIT Show 2027, the UK’ s premier trade event for the window, door, flat glass, hardware, and roofing industries.
For PROFAL, the exhibition represents a highly targeted platform to showcase its products, engage face-to-face with industry leaders, and build commercial partnerships across the UK and wider European markets.
PROFAL will feature an exclusive stand modeled on its premier showrooms. Visitors will experience fully finished, ready-to-install products, including advanced door systems, windows, and sliding systems manufactured using premium systems from leading global suppliers such as Alumil and Schüco. PROFAL’ s on-site team of experienced sales managers and engineers will provide professional consultations and technical expertise throughout the event.
Founded more than two decades ago, PROFAL has established a strong export presence across North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Its planned entry into the UK market marks the next step in the company’ s global expansion strategy.
Edgar Avetisyan, CEO of PROFAL, stated:“ Europe is already a strong export market for us, led by France, alongside our consistent presence in the US, Canada, the Caribbean, and the Middle East. Our products are highly competitive and well-received in these regions. Right now, we are working very hard on penetrating the UK market, where we see immense potential. While it is a very tough market in terms of certification and quality assurance, we readily embrace these challenges as part of our commitment to excellence.”
To support its international growth and increase production efficiency, PROFAL
is constructing a state-of-the-art glass processing plant in Armenia- the largest of its kind in the region. Built to the highest international standards and equipped with cutting-edge machinery, the new facility will increase PROFAL’ s glass processing capacity approximately fivefold.
This major infrastructure expansion will significantly strengthen the company’ s ability to meet growing demand both in Armenia and across key export markets.
