Our fabricators are our partners . Aside from designing out the common areas of frustration associated with legacy aluminium systems , we work alongside them on challenging projects and niche requests , developing solutions tailored to their needs .
When a new fabricator joins us , comprehensive on-site product training is provided as standard by our technical engineers , day-to-day support is available from our technical team , and our Area Managers regularly call and visit .

To Sheerline , operating transparently means communicating effectively and doing what we say we ’ re going to do . Our five-day lead times aren ’ t an empty promise , we deliver , so our customers can rely on us , meaning they can reduce stock and plan production efficiently .
We ’ re all aware of the importance of thermal performance and accurate U-values . This isn ’ t just from a reputational perspective , but also regulatory requirements ( Approved Document Part L ) and the fact homeowners want warm homes .
Publicly available on our website are our independently verified U-value reports – we ’ ve called on the industry to embrace the same transparency , but progress is slow . Will this change once the new Future Homes Standard ( FHS ) is unveiled ? Only time will tell .

To ensure we continue to grow sustainably , we ’ re delighted to announce a new chapter for the company as planning permission has been granted for a new purpose-built facility , not far from where we are now , but with better access to the M1 and A38 for improved transport links .
