This year ’ s prediction is less uncertainty but more for building on the stable foundations laid . In 2025 , as an industry , we must be ambitious , stable , but ambitious . Call it cautious growth due to several trends and challenges , from energy efficiency demand continually rising to financial restrictions for the homeowner , given the circumstances within the economy and at the very least , ever improving regulatory and building standards as we ’ ve seen in recent years .

A bespoke internal-operating software means we endeavour to maintain our KPIs and SLAs with all of our customers , tracking , auditing and improving any shortfall experienced . Key staff members appointed in a range of new departments will help the business effectively answer any challenges faced .
