» JAMES HAYES JOINS ENDURANCE ® Doors in the newly created position of Head of Customer Experience .
James ’ role will cover all the touchpoints the brand has with its customers where he will look to define customer service excellence before implementing the necessary steps and initiatives to achieve it . He will also use this insight and understanding to drive operational improvements , identifying opportunities for refinement or potential development , and working cross functionally to help shape Endurance into an even better business .
James ’ extensive track record of driving customer experience ( CX ) initiatives on a global scale has equipped him with a deep understanding of the industry and makes him a valuable addition .
Since taking on his new role ,
he has already had an impact . The Endurance ® Doors ’ Customer Experience team is now responding to support requests and processing orders in less than 24 hours . He is also beginning to create a truly customer first culture for the manufacturer .

» NOW , 25 YEARS LATER , FINANCE director Andrew Biggs , sales administrator Lynne Murray , logistics manager Christopher Mills , distribution centre supervisor Dave Murray , and stock controller Dave Lane are celebrating their silver work anniversaries .

HOPPE has been established in the UK for more than 35 years , and this year also marks 25 years since HOPPE ( UK ) moved into its purpose-built distribution centre and head office in Gailey Way , Wolverhampton . On average , 350 orders leave the 50,000 sq ft warehouse and distribution centre every day , being sent as far north as Inverness and as far south as the Channel Islands .
