MARKETING When we ponder the idea of diving into a marketing capaign for our companies, often times people imagine you would need a savvy marketing firm to do the dirty work for you to be successful! THAT IS NOT TRUE! Marketing is undoubtedly one of the most important facets of any business, nobody would know you existed if you didn’t put yourself out there- but there are things you can do yourself that helps boost your sales and popularity. 1. Reviews: I can’t state this enough, if you do a job, make SURE your customer leaves you a review. In the age of the internet and technology, people take to the opinions of other consumers almost more than any other medium. When we book clients, often they 22 cite that they noticed how many and how many GOOD reviews we have. That many consumers usually aren’t a fluke, and they tend to trust your company coming into their homes having been vouched by so many other people in their situations. Our company has a “follow up” policy where we call every customer the next day to review their experience. If concerns are there, we know it in time to correct it- and if they are happy its the perfect time to remind them that you are on sites such as Yelp and Facebook, and their glowing words would be appreciated. If you’ve done a killer job, most people are more than happy to do this!
