MOTIVATION

This is an important factor in education since it allows the teacher to generate pleasant environments in the classroom

Teachers must encourage students with the right motivation, generating interest and agreeing with their desire for autonomy, progress, recognition.

Subsequently, we have to manage the whole process so that the objectives set can be achieved by facilitating strategies to face the various tasks, that is, the motivation for the achievement or the proposed achievements. For this, the effort on the part of the students is essential, this would allow the student to endure the difficulties and feel able to face the challenges posed.

Intrinsic learning occurs when the student already has an interest in learning the subject and is inspired internally. .

One of the biggest challenges in the classroom is improving student motivation. The two types of motivation for learning are intrinsic and extrinsic.

extrinsic motivation occurs when other factors, such as a reward or recognition, drive them to participate in class.
