The high intermediate ESL level classes provide the training necessary to speak , listen , read , and write to understand English in real life , school , and work situations .
Requirements : English language placement test
Advanced English Location : Sonia Gutierrez Campus Time : AM & EVE
Students in the Advanced English course will work on their communication skills beyond the intermediate level . Students will develop skills in reading and listening , grammar and vocabulary , writing , note-taking , oral communication , and technology . Students going to community college or wishing to move up in their careers will benefit from this course , as will anyone wanting to become more proficient in English beyond the intermediate level .
Requirements : Eligible for ESL 7 or higher
