Since 2000, the City of Arlington has conducted an annual survey among city 
residents to measure and track satisfaction with city services.
This survey, which covers all major city services, is designed to provide a 
good overview of citizen satisfaction and a reliable comparison of 
perceptions across services.
Information gathered from this survey will be used:
– In planning and budgeting for 2016.
– As a means to measure improvement or change in citizens’ perceptions 
from previous years.
– To enable the City to continue tracking citizens’ perceptions in the 
future.
