Blood Pressure Checks Lunch at Sea Country Center
Drop by the Sea Country Center on November 12,
March 10, and May 12 from 9am-1pm for a free
blood pressure check provided by students and
faculty from the University of California, Irvine’s
Nursing Program. It is recommended to have routine
checks of your blood pressure as it can detect any rise,
and give you and your doctor an early warning of any
related issues. Registration is not required. Hot or cold lunches are available Mon., Wed., and
Fri. at 11:45am. Cold lunches are available on the
courtyard Tues. and Thurs., weather permitting.
A suggested donation of $5.50 is requested for
seniors age 60+. Reservations are encouraged,
but not required. For more information, call our
on-site nutrition coordinator at (949) 362-2807.
(All meals are provided by Age Well Senior
Services.)
