MEeT ARSHENNA MICHAL HINES
Singer/Songwriter Model Actress
.Arshenna Michal Hines is working in virtually every entertainment media platform there is. She began her career by studying fashion design, and cosmetology. I am sure that being tall, beautiful, and mentally grounded made her career path choice a natural decision.
Arshenna’s stellar modeling career, which began with modeling wedding gowns by several major designers, has led to being featured in advertising an array of consumer products ranging from tooth paste to watches. She also was a spokesperson for the Red Cross.
Arshenna spoke very candidly about the business of entertainment as well as her diverse roles in the business. Currently, Arshenna works as her own agent as well with a booking agency. Her first major print ad was for Gerber where the advertising featured just her hands. Her first major advertising role came in a federal banking commercial. Her first national/international speaking commercial was for couponbook.com.
Other advertising work included commercial spots for household brand names like Dunkin Donuts and Baskin & Robins food chains. Arshenna’s world doesn’t stop here.
She is an accomplished actress, singer/songwriter as well as both a TV and radio hostess. Her most recent accomplishment, last year, was winning the Best R&B Vocalist trophy in the Lady Flava 2016 Awards but it was not her biggest.
On June 5, 2016, Arshenna graduated with a Master's degree in Counseling/ Psychology while pursuing other endeavors. Although challenging, she says, “I encourage other aspiring entertainers to always maintain their education, its beneficial in this industry and to never give up on their dream. Anything is possible”.
With over 20 years in the business, Arshenna is embarking yet a new venture for 2017. She has been studying film production with ambition is to producer her first full, feature film in CT.
