The role of civic engagement in income distribution
Civic engagement is by definition the individual and collective actions designed to identify and address issues of public concern; this involves any kind of participation from the people living in a society.
The state and the population have always been two groups that
have always had their differences; the state is in charge of controlling and organizing matters, representing the majority of the people, while the population is the group that chooses who is going to represent them and take care of the general subjects.
One of the matters that the government is responsible for is income distribution. The problem that is always discussed is the strinkingly wide gap between the poor and the rich. The distribution inside the countries has always been a heated argument as every person has to participate in it;
