Programmes and projects that Gyeonggi has implemented in or with such regions can be categorised into three types. First, the province has carried out ODA project in regions such as Nghe An Province in Vietnam and Kampot Province in Cambodia. Second, our province has established three-parties friendship and cooperation conference with Kanagawa Prefacture in Japan and Liaoning Province in China.
