For the glaze:
1/2 cup very dark chocolate (73% cocoa)
1/4 cup unsweetened chocolate
2 Tablespoons coconut oil

2. For the Glaze: Fill a medium pan with a few
inches of water and place over medium-low heat.
Place the glaze ingredients in a small saucepan
and put the saucepan inside the pan. Gently mix
the ingredients until fully melted.
3. Pour the melted chocolate into a shallow bowl. Dip each chilled donut in the chocolate, then
immediately chill for 30 minutes until the glaze hardens.

Real Healthy Apple Fritter Donut
Add to the dry ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Add to the wet ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon maple extract
Apple Fritter ingredients:
1 Tablespoon coconut oil
1 small, organic apple, finely chopped
1 Tablespoon maple syrup, grade B
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 Tablespoons pecans, finely chopped
2 Tablespoons golden raisins
1. In a small pan, heat the coconut oil
over medium. Add the finely
chopped apple and cook, stirring often until very soft, about 5 minutes. Add the syrup, cinnamon,
pecans and raisins. Continue to cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
