The Pint Glass Reflection:

sticking to my car’s interior as I pull up to the West Townshend Country Store on Route 30. Cars line the road side and pack the small adjacent parking lots making you wonder what has drawn these crowds out into the heat. On only Fridays from June 7 to October 11 the village hosts the West Townshend Farmers Market. The back lawn’s perimeter is packed with a variety of local vendors from glass blowers to honey purveyors, with your seasonal fruits and veggies in the mix. Vendors also offer an array of fresh eggs, bread, and cheese with an assortment of quintessential Vermontey products such as maple syrup, maple candies and carved bird houses.
