Since 2016 he has been a culinary ambassador for Argentinean cuisine at The Forks Market, serving South American signature dishes in the city’ s renowned meeting place. Chef Jose attests the key to Argentinean cuisine is simplicity and high-quality ingredients, and very high heat.
