W hite Chocolate Fudge
This is the most basic of fudge, and has the added benefit of being egg-free. Like all my recipes it is
very versatile – feel free to replace the flavours with your own. Keeps for at least 2-3 weeks in the
fridge, and also fairly successfully for a week on the shelf provided it’s not too warm.
Ingredients

225g chocolate
•
100g sweetened condensed milk
•
1 tsp vanilla essence
•
1/3 cup pistachios and dried cranberries (craisins)
Instructions
1.
Melt chocolate over a bain marie or in the microwave, then stir in other ingredients.
2.
Pour into a lined tray and refrigerate.
3.
Remove after 2 hours and cut into bite-sized pieces
