„Piernik”- Gingerbread Melt margarine with sugar, honey and gingerbread spice. Pour cream and boil. When it’s cool, add yolks, flour mixed with soda and cinnamon. Mix everything. Whip eggs’whites to foam, add it to cake and mix softly. Pour the cake to the oven-pan . Bake it at 175 degrees for one hour. After cooling gingerbread, pour some liquid chocolate on the top and sprinkle it with almonds. Enjoy your meal! Małgosia
