Now I can combine all learnings and competences into the job and enable the possibility to lead both you and myself onto a new level within Digital management.
I enjoy working with inter+national brands, and the diversity that comes with it. My time in Paris and with eBay has strengthen my understanding of working with diverse cultures. I am a team player and at the same time I am not afraid to decide independently. I work very well alone and together with smaller or big teams. Working with peers as ‘heads of’ and directly with Management teams, the previous years has made it a natural skill to monitor and report on key KPI’s including forecasting, monthly budgets, quarterly operational reports and ad hoc brand insight requests.
I find it essential to analyze opportunities, risk, data and customer behavior - key for knowing and driving a healthy sustainable business. Making it possible to take clear and well thought out decisions for driving development to support the overall strategy.
I take great pride in understanding the business and strategy for securing a premium optimized website for conversion, cross devices and channels.
I have great knowledge about the e-commerce market, publishers, media-houses and influencers in Denmark and the Nordics, due to previous and current jobs. My communication skills are strong, and I know the importance of being able to clearly communicate to the Management team, Peers, Stakeholders, team members and Partners internally and externally.
The past ten years, I have worked with the same market, and therefore, I have a strong relation and network with all types of marketing and tech channels. I keep a close eye on digital trends and technology innovation, making it possible to act and decide rapidly based on ideas, data or strategy.
I am confident, that I can deliver on leading and implementing initiatives for commercial performance, engage and develop team and collaboration partners, drive site development to secure top site performance, as well as driving growth and profit, seeking to ensure the business is earning maximum return from digital investments and supporting the delivery of strategies.

Besides that, I often get people laughing because of my humor. I have a sweet spot for ‘slapstick humor’.
My qualities do not come from work-experience alone, it comes from my family and friends as well. I am the proud mom of Conrad, girlfriend to his father, Henrik, co-owner of the family love-dog, Viola, and our house in Havdrup. Besides teaching my son to be linguistic and how to walk, I enjoy having guests for gourmet dinners and drinks, let off steam at Fitness World's Combat and abATTACK classes and kick back with technical cake baking.
I am born and raised on Lolland, where from I moved to Copenhagen to begin my career, which kick-started with a 100mph in COOP and have been going on ever since both in Denmark and France.
