Some people don't know how jesus was conceived, but they do know his actions as an adult. Jesus has a nice beginning,at has importance to the religion, because it was the day know to be as the messiah's arrival.

Long ago, God told Abraham to kill his son to make a sacrifice for him, and to remove the ultimate sin of mankind created by the betrayal of Adam and Eve. Because God told Abraham to stop before he killed his son, Abraham sacrificed a goat instead. The reason God told Abraham to stop was because Abraham had proved his worthiness and loyalness to God. The sacrifice of the goat was enough for them until the arrival of the messiah according to the Prophets. Many Prophets predicted the messiah would come from a virgin and will be born in bethlehem. Three of the people that predicted the messiah's arrival were the Three Wise Men. The Three Wise Men predicted the birth of the Messiah at Bethlehem and told there king about the coming. There king Herod had different beliefs, and did not believe that this messiah had come. He told the three wise men to go to the birth of the Messiah, and to report back to him. Jesus was born in Bethlehem, and the Messiah had stepped into life. Once Jesus was born The three wise men arrived. “They saw the child with his mother Mary, and they bowed down and worshiped him. Then they opened their treasures and presented him with gifts of gold and of incense and of myrrh. And having been warned in a dream not to go back to Herod, they returned to their country by another route.”(Matthew 2:1-12) Jesus grew up becoming a prophet, and teach his disciples.

The birth of Jesus was miraculous event, for several reasons. One of the main reasons it was such a big event was because it was a virgin birth. Virgin births never happen, and the Virgin Mary claimed that it was the son of God.

Another reason why it was such a big event was because many prophets predicted the coming of the Messiah. Many people believed that the Messiah (or ‘He’) was coming. The purpose for Jesus birth was to uplift the ultimate sin for all of man. Jesus grew up, spread the word of god, and did many great thing.

The importance of the birth of Christ is very important, and I think we should all keep it as a reminder when Christmas comes around. We should all know the beginning before we know the end.
