A church in Rogers, Arkansas, Southside Church of Christ has recently made a missionary trip to a clinic in honduras to spread Christianity and to help the people there. Missionaries that went to Africa brought clean water and food while teaching them about God. Sometimes they go to orphanages and bring toys, books, blankets, clothing, etc. Andy Brazle, a Youth pastor in Southside Church of Christ at Rogers Arkansas talks about their trip to honduras.
Their trip to honduras was a medical trip where they would go to a clinic to take care of people that need help. Andy Brazle said that while they were there, they took care of over 1400 people during their trip. Of course when anyone goes to a foreign country there is gonna be a difficult time communicating to the locals. “The language barrier can be hard to get by, but we have translators to help us with that. And anyway, there are things that don’t need to be translated: smiles, laughs, and other things. Those are universal.-Andy Brazle” But when they were finished with their trip to honduras, they found that the trip was a learning experience for everyone! “We really get an appreciation for what we have and how blessed we are to have what we do. We also learn that what we have isn’t really important; we see these people, and they are happy without the things that we see as important, like phones and internet.-Andy Brazle”

Missionaries are the main way that religion spread and grow their religion. Christianity has great ways of both helping and teaching. They provide needs, and also create fundraisers for these needs. Also they help take care of people. They go to many countries that may not heard of christianity before, or is not that educated in the religion. It is also a learning experience for missionaries every time they go to a different country and help out the people. even when there are language barriers, they make sure that they have a way to communicate to the locals when they are at their trip. -Tyler Eaton
