After the first decade of Jesus’s resurrection, historians have estimated about 1,00 Christians at the time. That’s when the real population explosion happened. Over the time, every decade, the Christian converts increased by forty percent. That means by the year 300, there were over 6 million Christians. This rapid growth rate could not have occurred without Jesus’s resurrection proving and influencing people to believe and follow him and God.
If you ask any Christian what was probably the most significant event for all of Christianity, they would most likely say Jesus’s resurrection. Without the resurrection, there is no Christianity. If Jesus wouldn’t have come back to life, nobody would have believed that he was the son of God, or about the kingdom of God. Because of this, I owe my religion to him, and I am grateful for Jesus did for all of us.
