Coalition Brings Together Seniors and
Members of Congress
hroughout the summer and
fall, hundreds of Coalition for
Medicare Choices seniors
met with a bipartisan mix of
congressional representatives across the
country. The topic: the importance of
Medicare Advantage benefits to more
than 15 million seniors nationwide.
In these conversations, seniors relayed
their personal experiences with Medicare
Advantage and why their Medicare
Advantage benefits were so important to
them. These powerful, personal stories
were best exemplified in the words of
one Arizona senior who stated, “I’m 82,
and Medicare Advantage has saved my
life. I’ve never been healthier.”

voices and the strength that comes
