HALLOWEEN FUN
China Programs worked with Education Abroad and ISSS (International Students & Scholars Services) and arranged Haunted Corn Maze at Jack’s Lantern. 97 students (Chinese students, exchange students and other international students) signed up for the activity. Haunted Corn Maze is a traditional Halloween activity in the United States. It was the first for most of the students have the special experience.
On October 27, we arrived at Jack’s Lantern in two groups. The first group arrived around 6:30pm and the second group arrived around 7:00pm. We prepared some pizzas, apple cider and Halloween candies for students. After 7:00pm, it was dark enough to get into the haunted corn maze. A lot of screams and running were in the corn maze and all the students had a great time. They posted lots of photos and videos on social media to show how excited they were.
中国项目和留学办公室以及国际学生学者办公室合作组织了万圣节玉米地的活动。97名学生（其中包括中国学生、交换学生以及其他国际学生）报名参加了活动。万圣节玉米地活动是美国万圣节的传统活动。对于很多学生是第一次参加，非常兴奋。
10月27日，我们分成两组抵达Jack’s Lantern。第一组6：30抵达，第二组7：00抵达。我们准备了一些皮萨，苹果汁和万圣节糖果供学生食用。7点过后，天已经黑了，学生们就开始进入漆黑的玉米地。玉米地中很多尖叫和奔跑，所有学生都非常兴奋，中国学生在微信上放了照片和小视频。
