residents. Any big incident, natural
disaster or large fire will effect the
reputation of Yiwu worldwide. “ We
made our fortune in Yiwu, it’s time
to pay back to the society.”
According to Mr. Fang’s words, what
really motivated him to start the
rescue organization is the flood in
Yuyao city in October 2013. Mr. Fang
volunteered to help the local citizens
during Yuyao flood. However, due
to the lack of skills and shortage
of rescue equipment, many rescue
missions failed. “The ambitions of
being successful as a businessman
doesn’t allow failure.” said Mr.
Fang. “ The city needs professional
rescue team and this team will be
unstoppable!”

which may help in rescue missions.”
