Looking Ahead—CYC Ramble 12 January 2019
After the (over) indulgences of the Festive
season come and join us for a relatively
strenuous ramble from the popular Cricketers
Pub in Duncton (on the A285 Chi to Petworth
road, OS: 959169 GPS: GU28 0LB).
After leaving the pub we cross 2 stiles and the
A 285 itself (take especial care with crossing)
and then climb through the woods to the View
Point for a fine view northwards over Sussex
to the North Downs. From here we eventually
come back down behind Seaford College,
traverse Lavington Stud before returning to
the Cricketers after about 2 and 3/4 hours for
a welcome drink and lunch in their function
room for our exclusive use.
If you send your menu choices to us, we will
forward to the Cricketers - BEFORE CLOSE
OF PLAY ON THURSDAY 10 JANUARY -
Please. Send to
[email protected] There will
be a maximum of 40 for lunch.
