Description
The Action Plan in the following chapter is a living document that is intended to provide a realistic and achievable set of goals for the Parks and Recreation
Department development over the next ten years. The Action Plan should be updated annually while the entire Master Plan should be revisited on a five-year cycle.
Each update to the plans should take into account any major changes within the City and the Parks and Recreation Department such as the completion or delay of
previous plan goals, market changes, population and demographic changes, and the current fiscal climate.
