Description
The Bicycle Master Plan is part of the City of Lake Forest’s Comprehensive Master Plan. The city-wide plan is expected to be updated within the next five years and
will likely include an update to the Bicycle Master Plan. As a recreation provider with bicycle trails in the parks and several existing and potential connections to other
trail systems, the Lake Forest Parks and Recreation Department should be involved future planning to ensure major recreation destinations are included in future
connections. The Department should also construct future trail improvements that are aligned with the City Bicycle Plan recommendations and best practices.
