ASK GREAT QUESTIONS
There is great power in asking open-ended questions and processing them through your inner guidance and allowing the Universe to answer them as well. Example questions are: How can this be good? What am I not seeing here that can help me? How am I equipped to handle this? What is my next best step? What do I need right now to feel at peace with this situation?
GET THOUGHTS OUT OF YOUR HEAD
This is a great time to practice writing down your thoughts and organizing them. You may find you have more overarching thoughts and also very concrete list-type thoughts; it is all good. As you organize your information put them in one of four categories; mine to deal with, others to deal with, NEVER to deal with (ie off the list) and Universe to deal with. Repeat often.
