government pages . You will also find the current weather , as well as the weekly forecast .
In the “ How We Lead ” tab , residents can access both past board meeting minutes as well as upcoming agendas . Like the previous site , past issues of the
Villager are available as well as a “ ticker ” of current news about our community .
The site was developed by Media Physics , led by the amazing Elaine Swyt . Designed for both current residents as well as those looking to move here , the site is both user friendly and informative . You can find clubs , activities , calendar of events and clubhouse reservation forms on the site . Also , for residents , is the updated Charbonneau Directory . A business directory is for those businesses that are located here in Charbonneau , as well as those that advertise in the Villager .

CCC website resident portal
In order to access the resident portal on the new CCC website , residents must register online . This is true even if you were already registered on the old website . When submitted , CCC office staff will verify and approve access to the “ resident only ” portion of the website . This includes paying dues and access to the resident directory and board meeting minutes . The process is simple and easy and only takes a few minutes .
The site is in the “ Beta ” stage and is being reviewed by the committee for changes and corrections . We expect that process to continue through December and completed in the first few weeks of the New Year .
