Bishara made his state tournament debut and he came out firing with a 267 in his first game before adding a 237 and 183. Unfortunately for Bishara, he would finish just outside the top eight by 24 pins and would take 13th overall with a 687 series.

Greiner returned to the Class 1A boys state bowling tournament for the second time in three years, posting a 246 second game during the 1A boys district tournament in Ottumwa to move into the top four before hanging on the fourth and final state berth with a three-game series score of 637. Greiner’ s effort led S-K to a third-place finish as a team, missing out on qualifying for state for the first time in program history by 228 pins.

VanWyk closed out his high school career with another impressive season on the lanes. He set a new state record with his average score of 243.43 per game. He made his fourth straight appearance at the state individual tournament, bowled a perfect 300 for the second time in his career at state and became a three-time medalist after finishing as the runner-up this year.
