Justin has been a lifelong Emporian, and
graduated from EHS in 2003.
He graduated from Kansas State University
in 2007 with a degree in Construction Science
and Management with a Business minor.
Upon graduation, Justin moved back to
Emporia and started working with his Father,

company to facilitate their construction needs.
In 2010, Justin and John decided to start Evergreen Design-Build as a

Justin and John were able to grow Evergreen quickly, and have been
ranked by “Metal Construction News” as #71 in the country for tonnage of
steel sold, and #94 in the country for square footage of steel erected in 2014.
The firm was one of only two Kansas companies to make the list that year.
Evergreen currently averages around 30 employees.
Evergreen is very fortunate to work with most companies in the Emporia
area. Some of the companies include Simmons Pet Foods, Cargill, Hostess
Brands, Detroit Diesel, Thermal Ceramics, Fanestil Meats, Hopkins Mfg.,
ESU, and USD 253.
Justin is also very involved in the community. Justin worked with his
father on the restoration of the Granada Theatre, and the Anderson Memorial
Library on C of E Campus. Justin has also been on the board of directors and
past president of Emporia Main Street.
In his free time, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife, Sasha, who is
the Pharmacy Manager at Walgreens, and his two children (Juliet-2 years old
and Jackson-newborn). Justin enjoys running, biking, and being outdoors.

Relations lead for DD.  Doug was
named the Professional Disc Golf
Association 2016 Tournament
Director of the Year.  Prior to
working for Dynamic Discs, he
spent close to twenty years in
higher education administration. 
Doug is married to his wife,
Noemi, and has three grown
children and four grandchildren. 
He has been an avid disc golfer
for 20+ years.
