Poetry
By: Rachel Hutter
As I strolled the streets of France
I see many faces
Although many people do not glance
I still find the grace in new places
Different buildings all around
So many new things to be found
Cafes and restaurants fill the streets
I stop at one to indulge in some new eats
Gelato and baguettes are on the menu
Just like every other venue
I ask for one order of each
And then we hit off to the beach
The sun is gleaming at every base
While I start to turn red on my face
I add some sunscreen because of a heat rash
Now I'm off for a splash!
