Borrowing Procedures
To borrow materials from the CESA 10 IMC educators may place reservations via the online catalog, email or telephone. All requests must include name, position and the school where the materials are to be sent. How to Place an Online Reservation To place a reservation online, you must login with a patron barcode and password. If you are a new patron, please request a login or contact the IMC. Once you have located the item you would like to reserve, click on PLACE RESERVATION located at the bottom of the item record. A new window with a set of calendars aligned to your district’s delivery schedule will open. Days that the item is already in use or scheduled for another educator will appear blacked out. Click on the date that you would like to receive the item. That date will now appear in the START DATE field. Please leave the END DATE blank. A dialog will come up either confirming your reservation or informing you of why your request was denied. Online reservations received by 10:00 AM will be fulfilled that day for the next van delivery. How to Renew an Item Items that are not reserved for another educator may be renewed. Please call, e-mail or use the online form to request a renewal. Item Delivery CESA 10 delivers items to each district once a week. The delivery schedule is posted on the IMC website.
All items circulate for 3 weeks.
