How to cope with rain on your wedding day...

For many couples, especially the bride, rain on your wedding day is the worst nightmare. Read on for our top tips to survive the big day.

Unfortunately no-one can guarantee the perfect weather on our fair island we call the UK. It could be raining in August and yet we could have gorgeous sunshine in October. All you can do is be prepared for all weathers come rain or shine.

Umbrellas - Be prepared

If the weather is forecast for rain, why not get some umbrellas at the ready? You could get a selection of different umbrellas and make a feature with them. Think about how great the photos could look.

Wellies/Boots

How fabulous would the photos look with some bright wellies under your wedding dress? Why not invest in some for the whole of the bridal party? They'll go great with the umbrellas!

Make a Decision

If you have planned for an outdoor wedding, you need to make a decision weather on not to proceed outside or not. If you wish for it to continue as planned, remember to contact your guests, warning them to wrap up warm, bring their umbrellas and suitable footwear.

Suppliers are no strangers to bad weather, especially rain. So put your trust in them, they can help come up with other solutions if needed.
