BLACK Excellence AND HOPE
August 5-7 , 2022 , TeamREADY convened in Indianapolis , IN , to strategize and bond in sisterly excellence . Friday night Madam Regional Director briefed TeamREADY on the Central Region vision and component leadership , then convened intensive brainstorming sessions . Saturday , TeamREADY reconvened to report , reflect , and be fueled to implement the vision . Saturday night , the sisters of Chi Chi Omega Chapter spearheaded an inauguration celebration event in honor of our Central Regional Director with a focus on Black Excellence ! Those in attendance learned about the Regional Director and what she represents- her love of the Lord and her family , her connection to her hometown
