BREAST CANCER REMINDERS
Breast Self-Exam : Monthly exam . Check for any changes . Try in the shower .
Mammograms : For women over 40 , but check with your doctor if your family has a history of breast cancer
Remind a Friend : We help each other ! Remind women in your life to self-check . Invite someone along for a mammogram .
CONNECT WITH SORORS
Coffee breaks , pumpkin patch , get your nails done , movie night , game night , take a walk !
